We're technologically challenged as we're a "mature" couple, so we had some issues in accessing certain functions on the app. We called customer support and we were greeted by Rovic. We explained our problem to him and he was EXTREMELY patient with us while he guided us on the 'where' and 'how' in accession and execution of some features on the app. We were so fortunate to have Rovic in our corner. I'm not sure anyone else would have been as patient and understanding as him. Thanks Rovic!!!"
