Shipping Policy

We offer FREE ground shipping on all orders with a minimum purchase of $49. Please expect 1-3 Business days for order processing, not including weekends or federal holidays. 

Carriers are automatically selected based on the delivery address. At this time, we are unable to assign or guarantee a specific carrier. Most deliveries arrive within 3 business days, though actual delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.

Customers are responsible for providing a secure and accurate delivery address. You cannot modify the delivery address once an order has been placed. Since no signature is required upon delivery, we highly recommend using an address where the package can be received safely. Once a shipment leaves the TP-Link warehouse, it becomes the customer’s responsibility. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for lost, stolen, or missing packages after carrier delivery confirmation. In the event of theft, please contact your local authorities for further assistance.

You may cancel your order within 45 minutes of placement. After this window, orders are no longer able to be cancelled.

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or Freight Forwarders. All purchases intended for export outside of the U.S. will be rejected.
