"One of my 3 pack of deco became bricked. I searched an online solution, did all of the troubleshooting, and tried the firmware recovery but the unit is not even turning to firmware recovery mode. I finally seek help from Deco support and Glenn didn't failed me. He really understood the issue and even acknowledged the troubleshooting steps that I already did then he forwarded my case right away to the warranty team. Thanks again Glenn!"
