"Setup of product was incredibly easy. I have a modem/router through my ISP so I had to place it in bridge mode to deactivate router portion before setting up deco. Everything worked perfectly. Woke up next morning to red light and no internet connection. Live chatted with Glenn who expertly walked me through everything until we landed on the culprit. My desktop was still plugged into original modem and was fighting with deco. Once I restarted the modem with desktop unplugged deco regained connection and then I moved desktop Ethernet to the second deco port and good to go. I appreciate the product and Glenn’s professional help."
