Product faulty, couldn't install
"The factory installed the key cylinder upside down. So 3/4 through the installation it would not fit. I called customer service to see if there's a way for me to flip it but they do not understand the product well enough for me to explain the issue. They ask me to email them info and say they will get back to me at an undefined time. I said it sounds like there is no easy fix and you just need to send me a new product but they say they will have to send me more info at a later time."

"Installation was super easy, and setting it up with the app only took a few minutes. I can lock and unlock it right from my phone, and I set it to auto-lock after 30 seconds just in case we forget. The black color looks really nice, and the quality and finish are great. It uses 4 AA batteries, which are easy to change. Very happy with it!"
Perfect smart lock.
"So excited this came out. We wanted a keypad lock that was smart but not too smart. All the really expensive ones seem to have some issue or another. The physical buttons are awesome and do not pick up fingerprints like the touchpad ones do. The lock feels really solid and good quality, especially for the price. Install was super easy and the instructions were great. App connected super fast and we have been up and running. I have always loved tp-link WiFi routers and have been really impressed with the smart home products so far. We have one of their smart power strips as well."
