"Works great! Can’t wait to hook it up to Alexa. I wish it worked with my Vinnt home security panel but it does not. Other than that, it looks great and works great. Also wish it came with a back up battery. Even a single Double A or 9 volt that last for a week while the main battery recharges. That would have been cool!"

"We installed a tapo- DL 110 door lock recently. The installation was rather straightforward and relatively easy. We're technologically challenged as we're a "mature" couple, so we had some issues in accessing certain functions on the app. We called customer support and we were greeted by Rovic. We explained our problem to him and he was EXTREMELY patient with us while he guided us on the 'where' and 'how' in accession and execution of some features on the app. We were so fortunate to have Rovic in our corner. I'm not sure anyone else would have been as patient and understanding as him. Thanks Rovic!!!"
