My order is missing 2 Tapo C660 solar cameras out of 4 and 1 central hub, and despite contacting the seller several times, I have received no updates, no explanation, and no response at all. The complete lack of communication and customer support is unacceptable. Once they have your money, they seem to have no interest in resolving problems or even acknowledging them. I have wasted my time chasing them for answers and have been completely ignored. I will never buy from this seller again, and I strongly recommend that others avoid them as well. If your order arrives incomplete or something goes wrong, don’t expect any help. There are plenty of other sellers who actually care about their customers—this is not one of them."

"Purchased 2 of these cameras for a storage yard. Very easy to install & setup. I have been running these cameras for 3 weeks now & even on cloudy days the cameras are fully charged by 10:00 am. The image quality and features are amazing. The only issue I would have is the app needs better shortcut buttons, but that is more of a personal preference issue. I would definitely recommend these cameras."

"Great product for a value price. It has features not found on more pricy products. I have lots of wildlife around the home and the camera follows most unless in a trot or faster. Not a complaint since anything less than a fast walk is followed. The PV panel works to keep the camera charged well above 50% 100% of the time so far regardless of the weather. It worked so well, I purchased a second one to replace 2 older wired fixed cameras."
