"I have four of these cameras and am very happy with them. However, one was not sending activity notifications to my iPhone. Completed all the troubleshoot steps to no avail. Contacted tech support and Rommel was very helpful and patient with me. He determined that the camera needed to be replaced and is under warranty and provided an email with links to begin the warranty replacement process. This type of customer service is greatly appreciated."
"I have replaced my Ring cameras with the Tapo. A bit more for monthly subscription, however, it worth the change. The network connectivity is much better. I am using 3 of the Deco X55 pro mesh network to cover my home which is approximately 3500 sq. ft. with solid concrete walls. Excellent quality both day and night vision. So far they maintaining their charge. Solar panel keeps battery at 100% (note: the cameras only gets approximately 50% direct sunlight per day due to their location) P.S. Haven�t experienced any severe weather conditions as yet to see how they hold up. I will update comments as times progress."

"Awesome product. I rarely leave reviews, but they always influence my purchases. I am so impressed with this product, that I have to give it a big Thumbs Up! It is wirelessly affixed outside near garage door. In Michigan. The Zero degree and below temps don�t affect it at all. The app is easy to use and can be set up to notify you if camera senses a car, or a person. Or only when it senses a person (not a car)! Pretty cool. But most impressive by far, is how long the battery charge lasts! Obviously the more it is triggered the faster the drain. But it has been almost 3 MONTHS since it was last charged, and it is STILL at 67%! You can also engage microphone to listen and talk through the camera via the phone app. No need to run electricity out to it, and as long as it can access WiFi, you can see what it sees from anywhere in the world."
